Open the battery door using the nail grip on your device and let the door gently swing open.

If you have a Premier or Pro model, grab a brand-new size 312 battery. If you have a Shadow model, grab a brand-new size 10 battery. Remove the tab and insert the battery positive (+) or flat side up (as shown below).

Close the compartment door. Your hearing aids are now ready for use.
